Job summary

Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, replacing filters and belts, cleaning coils, lubricating moving parts, and maintaining accurate service records. Requires High School diploma or GED, EPA 608 universal certification, and 2 years of HVAC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or GED and HVAC certification (e.g. EPA 608 universal).
• Two years of experience in HVAC maintenance or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, tools, and safety protocols.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment including air handlers, RTUs, chillers, boilers, VAV systems and split systems.
• Inspect and replace filters, belts, and other consumables as required.
• Clean cooling towers and condensers; inspect drain lines and pans.
• Lubricate motors, bearings and other moving parts; monitor refrigerant levels and pressures.
• Check system performance, report abnormalities or repair needs; maintain records of services performed.
