Job summary

Slope School is seeking a Master Guide / Director who will be both a classroom leader and a school administrator. This hands-on role trains other Guides, strengthens campus culture, supports enrollment, and helps the campus operate effectively.

This position is reserved for highly experienced educators with leadership beyond the classroom, offering a full-time, on-site role starting at $80,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of teaching experience.
• Bachelor's degree or formal teaching qualification.
• Track record of exceptional classroom leadership.
• Meaningful prior leadership responsibility within a school or organization.
• Ability to coach and develop other adults.

Responsibilities

• Lead a studio and model exceptional teaching and leadership.
• Drive strong academic outcomes and a culture of ownership, respect, and accountability.
• Coach Guides through observation, feedback, and modeling.
• Support enrollment and campus operations, planning and budget management.
• Partner with school leadership on campus priorities and execution.
