Slope School is seeking a Lead Guide in Provo, UT for a full-time role starting at $60,000 plus benefits. The Lead Guide will take primary responsibility for a studio of students, focusing on learning, culture, progress, and daily experience.

5+ years of teaching experience and a bachelor's degree or teaching qualification are required. You will lead a classroom, coach students toward ambitious goals, and mentor less-experienced Guides within a supportive team and family-centered model.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong studio culture centered on ownership, respect, and accountability.
• Develop thoughtful learning experiences, projects, and exhibitions.
• Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with families.
• Support and mentor less-experienced Guides.
