Job summary

Crossover is hiring for a Coaching Manager to lead Guides across Alpha campuses. This role focuses on coaching, developing leaders, and creating a culture of excellence where students consistently exceed expectations.

Responsibilities include leading life skills workshops, driving performance through data and coaching, and helping open new campuses with uncompromising standards. On-site relocation is available in multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or related leadership.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance decisions.
• Experience building or launching a new team, program, or campus; willingness to open a new campus from zero.
• Willingness to work on-site at Alpha campuses in multiple cities; relocation support available.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding high standards.
• Lead life skills workshops developing communication, leadership, focus, and real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and outcomes.
• Help launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and accountability.
