Alpha reimagines K-12 learning and seeks a Lead Guide to coach Guides, build leaders, and uphold uncompromising standards across campuses. You will help create engaging life-skills workshops and drive student success through strong mentorship.

This full-time role requires on-site work at various Alpha campuses with relocation support. You will be part of a fast-moving team shaping a radically better school experience for students aged 5–14.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, or related leadership role.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people, with hiring and termination decisions.

Responsabilités

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding high standards.
• Lead life skills workshops to develop communication, leadership, and real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals and drive progress in self-directed programs.
• Use data and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and accountability.
