Job summary

Alpha seeks a Coaching Manager to lead Guides and life skills workshops, driving student outcomes in a fast-growing K-12 model. You will coach leaders, develop a high-performance culture, and ensure uncompromising standards across campuses.

This role emphasizes data-driven decisions, hiring, and scaling teams as Alpha expands to new campuses, with relocation support and on-site requirements in multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
• At least 5 years in education, coaching, learning and development, or related leadership.
• Experience leading 5+ person teams, including hiring and performance-based termination decisions.
• Experience using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience with children aged 5–14 in educational or developmental settings.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.
• Lead engaging life skills workshops developing communication, leadership, focus, and real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals within self-directed programs.
• Use data, observations, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and outcomes.
• Help launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
