Job summary

Cyntel Technologies, LLC seeks a Master Force Flow Analyst for MacDill AFB, FL to support USCENTCOM J5-Plans divisions in force flow analysis, strategic planning, and coalition coordination. Responsibilities

MASTER FORCE FLOW ANALYST –MacDill AFB, FL

Full-Time

Position contingent upon successful award of contract

Position Summary:

USCENTCOM is furthering its efforts to meet complex strategic demands by integrating experienced master defense analysts into its J5-Plans divisions. This initiative is driven by new Department of War Guidance, including Global Campaign Plans and condensed planning timelines, which require a higher tempo of strategic support. These analysts are crucial for assisting with all phases of planning, from campaign to crisis-action, while managing force flow, global defense posture, and assessing campaign plan effectiveness. Their role also involves extensive coordination with the Department of War, the Joint Staff, other commands, and international partners; articulating USCENTCOM and component posture requirements; managing coalition contributions; securing access, basing, and overflight (ABO) agreements; and integrating emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI), to streamline and modernize the war planning process.

Job Duties:

• The contractor shall assess force flow concepts, strategies, and Global Force Management (GFM) sourcing solutions during the development of plans (e.g., CONPLANs, OPLANs, Bi-LATs) and provide recommendations to refine them.
• During both contingencies and war, the contractor shall review force flow priorities, concepts and strategies, GFM force sourcing solutions, and provide knowledge and experience to a staff of over thirty field grade officers from all six services.
• The contractor shall attend Force Flow TPFDD meetings and conferences to provide analytic support to USCENTCOM planners, and shall conduct force flow analysis, using appropriate tools, to assess Operational Plans (OPLAN), Concept Plans (CONPLAN), and Functional Plans (FUNCPLAN), and provide recommendations regarding force generation options.
• The contractor is responsible for the organization and leading the USCENTCOM quarterly Operations and Logistics Synchronization (OLS) Conferences.
