Job summary

Cyntel Technologies, LLC seeks a Master Force Flow Analyst for MacDill AFB, FL to support USCENTCOM J5-Plans divisions in force flow analysis, strategic planning, and coalition coordination. This is a full-time, TS/SCI-cleared role focusing on campaign planning, force management, and integration of emerging technologies to streamline war-planning processes.

Qualifications

Comprehensive experience in Joint Strategic Planning.
At least ten years of planning experience with a minimum of three years in a Combatant Command Headquarters at the O-5/O-6.
Experience coordinating with multiple services and international partners.

Responsibilities

Assess force flow concepts, strategies, and GFM sourcing solutions during plan development and provide recommendations.
Review force flow priorities and provide knowledge to a staff of officers across services during contingencies and war.
Attend Force Flow TPFDD meetings and conduct force flow analysis to evaluate OPLAN, CONPLAN, and FUNCPLAN options.
Organize and lead USCENTCOM quarterly Operations and Logistics Synchronization Conferences.
