Amerit Fleet Solutions in Boston, MA is hiring a Master EV Technician/Automotive Mechanic to service and retrofit electric/autonomous fleet vehicles.

The role covers diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and AV systems, performing hardware retrofits, and applying software updates. You will join a dynamic team focused on safety, quality, and continuous learning.

Competitive pay: $40-$52 per hour, weekly pay, and benefits starting soon, with opportunities for advancement nationwide.

Competenze

• 4-8 years’ hands-on automotive maintenance and repair experience.
• Strong ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and AV systems.
• Experience with hardware retrofits and AV hardware replacement.
• Excellent communication and safety focus.

Mansioni

• Perform service, repair, and maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and integrated systems of EVs and AVs.
• Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, A/C, and autonomous vehicle systems.
• Conduct hardware retrofits and AV hardware replacements.
• Perform software and firmware updates and document work performed.
