Qualifications

• 4-8 years’ hands-on automotive maintenance and repairs
• Ability to diagnose electrical, mechanical, A/C, and AV/EV systems
• Experience with hardware retrofits and AV hardware replacement

Responsibilities

• Perform service, repair, and maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and integrated systems of electric autonomous vehicles
• Diagnose nuanced mechanical, electrical, A/C, and autonomous vehicle systems
• Conduct complex hardware retrofits and AV hardware replacements
• Perform software and firmware updates
• Collaborate with engineering and service teams to troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues
• Create repair orders and accurately document work performed, including diagnosis, procedures, and parts used
• Participate in fleet-wide hardware and software retrofits
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a strong focus on quality and precision
• Participate in continuing education and training to stay current with autonomous vehicle technology
