Job summary

Amerit Fleet Solutions in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an EV Technician/Automotive Mechanic to service and maintain electric autonomous fleets. You will diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and AV systems, and perform hardware retrofits and software updates.

Open shifts include Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00pm–6:30am, with weekly pay and full benefits within 30 days. A growth‑oriented role with opportunities across the nationwide Amerit network.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years’ hands-on automotive maintenance and repair experience.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, A/C and AV/EV systems.
• Experience with hardware retrofits and AV hardware replacement.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to use shop tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform service, repair, and maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and integrated systems of EV/AV vehicles.
• Diagnose nuanced mechanical, electrical, A/C, and autonomous vehicle systems.
• Conduct hardware retrofits and AV hardware replacements; perform software/firmware updates.
