Job summary

CBRE is seeking a skilled Electrician to inspect, repair, and maintain electrical and lighting systems across assigned facilities in the Malvern area. You will execute preventive maintenance, install new equipment, and ensure safe operation per codes and CBRE standards.

You will hold a Master Electrician license, bring 3–4 years of related experience, and demonstrate solid math, Microsoft Office, and diagnostic abilities. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of job-related experience required or preferred.
• Master Electrician license required by local codes.
• High School Diploma or GED; trade school diploma preferred.
• Valid Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical and lighting systems' operation, repair, and maintenance; install new equipment.
• Check, repair, and replace components like motors, switches, wiring, and pumps.
• Ensure safe operation and compliance with procedures and standards.
• Review maintenance records to plan preventive maintenance schedules.
• Provide efficient, reliable service to customers.
• Explain complex information clearly to others.
