Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or a trade school diploma with 3-4 years of job-related experience; apprenticeship preferred.
• Master Electrician license required per local codes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the general operation, repair, and maintenance of electrical and lighting systems.
• Execute new equipment installations.
• Check, repair, and replace components of electrical and lighting systems including valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, and pipes.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and operating safely.
• Review historical maintenance records to schedule proactive inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Provide efficient and reliable service to customers.
• Apply standard principles and procedures to accomplish tasks and solve routine problems.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values; influence the quality of work.
• Work within standardized procedures to meet deadlines.
• Explain complex information clearly.
