Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Texas seeks a hands-on Electrician to inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment across assigned facilities.

You will oversee electrical and lighting systems, perform new installations, maintain safety, review maintenance records, and support proactive inspection schedules while delivering reliable service to clients. Qualifications include a 3–4 year related experience, Master Electrician license, valid driver's license, and proficiency with MS Office;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 3–4 years of job-related experience.
• Completion of a formal apprenticeship program preferred.
• Master Electrician license as dictated by local electrical codes.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Advanced math skills and ability to use basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical and lighting systems' general operation, repair, and maintenance. Perform new installations of equipment.
• Check, repair, and replace electrical components including motors, controls, switches, wiring, and pumps.
• Ensure safe operation and compliance with codes and CBRE standards.
• Review maintenance records to plan proactive inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Provide efficient and reliable service to customers.
• Explain complex information in straightforward terms.
