Job summary

The Connors Group in New York, NY seeks a Project Manager, Master Data to lead cross‑functional initiatives that improve the accuracy, governance, flow, and integrity of product and enterprise data across the full product lifecycle.

You will partner with Product Development, Sales, Planning, Merchandising, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and IT to eliminate data silos, strengthen governance, and ensure master data supports downstream ERP, planning, inventory, and sales processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Data Management, or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional data governance and master-data projects.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle and its data needs.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP, PLM, MDM, or PIM platforms.
• PMP/Agile/Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead master data, data governance, and business process improvement projects from discovery through go-live.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables while coordinating stakeholders across functions.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions across Product Development, Sourcing, Supply Chain, IT.
• Translate business requirements into data standards, processes, system requirements, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage UAT, issue resolution, and change management for data initiatives.
• Ensure data quality and governance across PLM, ERP, and related systems.
