L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Manager, Master Data to lead the team responsible for ERP master data accuracy, governance, and strategic use across the organization. You will drive data quality, standardization, and cross-functional alignment with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Program Management, Contracts, Finance, and IT.

The role focuses on governance, data integrity, and the implementation of standard processes, reporting, and controls to improve business execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Operations, Materials Management, Inventory Management, ERP/MRP, Master Data, or related functions.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration across multiple levels.
• Leads process improvement initiatives with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Master Data team and establish priorities aligned with business objectives.
• Govern ERP master data accuracy and data quality across sites.
• Integrate master data with ERP/MRP, Demand Planning, and SIOP processes.
• Oversee PMMO and material grouping governance and standard work.
• Oversee sales order data governance and accuracy within ERP systems.
