Job summary

Leprino Foods Corporation in Denver is seeking a Master Data Manager to lead the Corporate Data Governance team responsible for accuracy, consistency, and governance of key data across our global operations.

You will guide master data processes for customers, vendors, materials, specifications, quality, and production data, partnering with the business to improve data quality and enable ERP/digital transformation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, IS, Supply Chain, Finance).
6+ years in master data management, ERP, or data management roles.
Experience managing enterprise master data domains within SAP.
1+ years of people leadership or management experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of master data professionals, setting expectations and coaching.
Guide creation, maintenance, and governance of master data across domains.
Provide functional SAP master data expertise and governance across systems.
Build repeatable processes for data issue resolution and quality maintenance.
Embed data stewardship across business processes with process owners.
Evaluate automation and AI opportunities to improve master data processes.
Lead data readiness for ERP, digital transformation, and cross-functional initiatives.
Establish measures for data quality, service levels, and team performance.
