Job summary

The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company is seeking a Business Process Lead - Master Data to drive enterprise data strategy during an SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will shape data models, governance, and migration readiness across OTC, PTP, and RTR domains.

Lead cross‑functional teams, partner with process architects, and ensure data quality and long‑term ERP sustainability while modernizing legacy systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in a related field.
• CDMP and SAP Master Data certifications preferred; PMP helpful.
• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA master data concepts (BP and Material Master).
• Experience with data migration, governance tools, and data quality programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise master data strategy and governance.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration to align data architecture with process design and ERP goals.
• Oversee data transformation activities: profiling, cleansing, validation, readiness.
• Plan and oversee data loads, testing cycles, and production migrations with IT/partners.
• Define post‑go‑live master data operating model and governance forums.
