Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP Master Data Analyst – Service Management to govern and enhance service master and transactional data in SAP S/4HANA. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, complete, and compliant data supporting service operations and financial processes.

The role requires 5+ years of MDG/SAP data experience, strong governance skills, and the ability to lead data migration and remediation efforts for upgrades and migrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Five (5)+ years of experience in SAP master data management.
• Proven experience in service industry or similar fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of master data domains and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Govern, maintain, and improve service master data in SAP S/4HANA across domains such as customers, products, equipment, and contracts.
• Develop and implement a robust master data governance framework with policies and standards.
• Lead data-conversion efforts for SAP S/4HANA migrations and ensure data readiness.
• Collaborate with IT, data engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure data quality and operational impact.
• Monitor data quality, resolve issues, and document remediation actions.
