You will lead a team of data scientists and senior analysts, set technical standards, and ensure an end-to-end ML lifecycle from experimentation to deployment and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Strong ML foundations across forecasting, causal/elasticity modeling, and classical ML.
• ML engineering: production-quality Python, reproducible pipelines, APIs.
• MLOps: CI/CD, model/data versioning, monitoring, retraining, governance at scale.
• Agentic fluency with AI tools; daily use of code/analysis agents.
• People leadership: coach, grow, and align with business needs.
• Business acumen: tie modeling to measurable outcomes and explain to leaders.

Responsibilities

• Frame business questions as tractable modeling problems with clear scope.
• Deliver models in time-series, elasticity, regression, and classification families.
• Set evaluation standards and golden datasets; drive ML lifecycle across teams.
• Lead and develop the data science team; set technical standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Data Eng to align work with business goals.
• Communicate impact and tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
