At CWS Hygiene, data is becoming one of our most strategic assets. We are setting up Enterprise Data Governance from scratch. We start with customer master data, because it feeds our CRM, ERP and reporting across multiple European countries. Material, supplier and service data come next.
Master Data is a critical enabler of our future ERP, CRM, reporting, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. As MDM Domain Lead, across Europe, you will help establish enterprise-wide data governance, quality standards, ownership structures, stewardship model, and operating principles that enable trusted data across multiple countries, business functions, and systems. You will work closely with business leaders, country organizations, IT, BI, integration teams, architects, and executive stakeholders to ensure data becomes a strategic business capability.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys combining hands‑on execution with strategic leadership. While you lead the MDM Manager and MDM Engineer we are hiring in parallel you will drive tangible improvements from day one. This role reports to the CIO or Head of Data & Analytics.
We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves and driving strategic change. You are passionate about data and genuinely motivated by creating order, clarity, and business value in complex environments. You have the credibility to challenge senior stakeholders, the pragmatism to get things done, and the resilience to drive change where ownership and governance are still evolving.
What you bring:
This role is particularly well suited for candidates who have moved beyond purely technical positions and are looking for the opportunity to build a lasting capability, take ownership, and shape how data is governed across a European organization.
Are you ready to build something meaningful?
If you are passionate about data, governance, and creating sustainable business value, and if you enjoy turning ambiguity into structure, we would love to hear from you. Ownership and governance are still taking shape here. If that sounds like a challenge rather than a problem, we should talk.
Join us and help shape the future of Enterprise Data at CWS Hygiene.
What do we offer?
Working at CWS Hygiene means joining an international organization where collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement are part of everyday life.
You will become part of a supportive environment where people are encouraged to learn, contribute ideas, and grow professionally. We offer the opportunity to work with modern Microsoft technologies, collaborate with colleagues across Europe, and make a visible impact on strategic ERP and Finance transformation initiatives.
In addition, we offer an attractive compensation package with a competitive base salary, depending on your country of residence and relevant experience. We also offer flexible working arrangements, modern IT equipment, and a culture that values both personal and professional development.
