This role is critical to ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across integrated enterprise platforms.

The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience in Master Data Management (MDM) with a strong focus on product and finished goods data governance, combined with a proactive mindset to challenge inconsistencies and uphold data quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage product master data creation and maintenance, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Support finished goods setup and lifecycle management within ERP systems
  • Enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures across systems and business processes
  • Validate data accuracy across multiple integrated systems, ensuring proper data flow and alignment
  • Identify, question, and resolve data inconsistencies by applying governance logic and business rules
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., business users, IT, data stewards) to ensure proper data usage and adherence to standards
  • Support data quality initiatives, including cleansing, validation, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Contribute to documentation, governance processes, and standard operating procedures related to master data
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience in Master Data Management, with a focus on:
  • Data creation, maintenance, and governance
  • Strong understanding of the master data lifecycle, including creation, validation, and ongoing maintenance
Governance Mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge inaccurate or incomplete requests
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles, compliance, and business rules
  • Ability to interpret and apply the “why” behind data standards rather than simply executing transactions
ERP System Experience
  • Experience working within ERP systems, ideally:
  • Oracle (preferred)
  • SAP (acceptable alternative)
  • Familiarity with how product and master data flows across enterprise systems
Attention to Detail & Execution
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity
  • Process-driven with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable owning and maintaining high-quality data standards
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or highly regulated industries, including:
  • Controlled product environments
  • Regulatory compliance and governance frameworks
  • Exposure to serialization-related data (preferred)
  • Experience working with consumer products or product-based organizations
  • Exposure to data validation, integration, or cross-system reconciliation processes
Key Traits for Success
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Proactive, accountable, and comfortable operating in a data ownership role
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on data quality and governance
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
  • Hourly contract rate range of $40.00 to $48.00 based on experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations.
