Old World Industries is seeking a Master Data Coordinator to join the Customer Operations team in Northbrook, IL. You will enter and maintain master data in SAP, analyze and correct EDI transactions, and help train teammates while developing SOPs.

You should be proficient with Excel, comfortable handling large datasets, and capable of turning data into actionable insights. This role emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and collaboration across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred in business/management or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of data, reporting, or analysis experience.
• Experience with EDI and data governance.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to navigate large datasets.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain master data in SAP.
• Analyze and resolve EDI transaction failures.
• Extract data and prepare reports for datasets.
• Provide training and develop SOPs for master data processes.
• Develop, document, and maintain SOPs for master data setup and maintenance.
