Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking a Detail-oriented Master Data Analyst to manage and process requests within a Business Partner Support environment. You will create and maintain SAP Business Partner profiles, ensure SOX-compliant documentation, and review IRS, SEC, SOS filings for accurate data entry.

The role requires 2–5 years of related experience, proficiency in SAP, Redwood, Winshuttle, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with SAP, Redwood, and Winshuttle preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of legal document review and data analysis.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Business Partner profiles in SAP, ensuring all supporting documentation meets SOX compliance requirements for new records and updates.
• Review and analyze legal documents, including IRS filings, SEC filings, SOS documents, and merger/acquisition agreements, to ensure accurate data entry and updates.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets to track name and ownership changes with precision and consistency.
• Support management in the planning, preparation, and execution of system updates and enhancements.
• Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and resolve complex Business Partner Support issues, including integration of new products into existing workflows.
• Monitor and track daily business partner creations and updates using various reporting tools.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required
