Job summary

Enterprise Products Partners L.P. is seeking an Analyst, CSDM to maintain vendor and customer master data in accordance with internal policies, SOX, and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities include setting up counterparty data, ensuring accuracy, and collaborating with external stakeholders as needed. The ideal candidate has 2–6 years of relevant data experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with Oracle or similar ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 2-6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with vendor, customer, or counterparty master data.
• Knowledge of AP/AR/Purchasing/Supply Chain processes preferred.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP system.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and proactively communicate obstacles or risks to management.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain counterparty data, including legal entity names, parent-child relationships, taxability/reportability, and banking information.
• Analyze counterparty data using research tools to ensure accuracy, completeness, and validity.
• Review and validate bank account update requests to mitigate fraud risk.
• Perform database analysis and data cleanup for mergers, divestitures, and other organizational changes.
• Communicate with external stakeholders regarding bank account validation and ACH verification issues.
• Prioritize maintenance activities and data cleanup initiatives identified through data analysis.
• Maintain vendor data for IRS Form 1099 reporting.
• Manage the resolution of IRS B-Notices.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
