GForce Life Sciences is seeking an experienced SAP Master Data Analyst to support creation, maintenance, validation, and governance of master data in SAP S/4HANA. You will partner with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, Project Accounting, and IT to ensure data accuracy and appropriate approvals.

Responsibilities include creating and updating master data objects, validating attributes and hierarchies, performing data cleansing, and supporting data migrations and mass uploads.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience supporting SAP master data and ERP data management.
• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining multiple SAP master data objects.
• Knowledge of SAP master data structures, hierarchies, and integration points.
• Understanding of integrated business processes such as Record-to-Report, Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Project Accounting, Asset Accounting, and Supply Chain.
• Experience with data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, standardization, and root-cause analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple requests, priorities, and deadlines in a structured environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-service-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with both business and technical teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, data validation, filters, and analysis of large datasets.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and resolve master data issues affecting SAP transactions, reporting, and integrations.
• Support mass data uploads and data migrations, mapping, transformation, testing, and validation.
• Partner with business users, data owners, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, project teams, and IT support to resolve data issues.
• Maintain SOPs, work instructions, request forms, process documentation, and training materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, controls, turnaround times, and processes.
• Maintain documentation and supporting evidence for audit and internal-control requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to simplify and automate master data processes.

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Master Data Analyst to support the creation, maintenance, validation, and continuous improvement of master data within SAP S/4HANA. This role will partner with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, Project Accounting, and other business functions to ensure master data is accurate, complete, properly approved, and aligned with established governance and internal-control standards.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, extend, block, and maintain SAP master data, including Projects and WBS Elements, Materials, Cost Centers and Profit Centers, General Ledger Accounts, Fixed Assets, Suppliers and Customers, Business Partners, Statistical Key Figures, and other related master data objects.
• Review master data requests for completeness, accuracy, required approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Process and track master data requests through ServiceNow or a comparable ticketing system.
• Validate master data attributes, hierarchies, organizational assignments, and system dependencies.
• Perform duplicate checks, data cleansing, reconciliation, correction, and standardization.
• Investigate and resolve master data issues affecting SAP transactions, reporting, and system integrations.
• Support mass data uploads, data migrations, mapping, transformation, testing, and validation activities.
• Partner with business users, data owners, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, project teams, and IT support to resolve data issues and fulfill requests.
• Maintain SOPs, work instructions, request forms, process documentation, and training materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, controls, turnaround times, and master data processes.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and supporting evidence in accordance with audit and internal-control requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to simplify, standardize, and automate master data processes.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of SAP master data structures, organizational assignments, hierarchies, and integration points.
• Understanding of integrated business processes such as Record-to-Report, Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Project Accounting, Asset Accounting, and Supply Chain.
• Experience with data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, standardization, and root-cause analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori in a production environment.
• Experience with multiple SAP master data objects, including Projects/WBS Elements, Materials, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, GL Accounts, Fixed Assets, Suppliers, Customers, or Business Partners.
• Experience using ServiceNow or another workflow/ticketing platform.
• Familiarity with SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMC, LSMW, or comparable mass-maintenance and data migration tools.
• Experience supporting SAP implementations, integrations, data migrations, testing, or cutover activities.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Visio, or similar reporting and process-documentation tools.
• Experience creating SOPs, work instructions, process flows, and training materials.
• Experience working in a regulated, controlled, or audit-sensitive environment.
