Job summary

Dorman Products seeks an Analyst to own SAP master data changes across Light Duty and Heavy Duty segments. You will process ~115 mass-maintenance requests daily via Winshuttle/Precisely Automate Studio and manage the Power Automate/SharePoint intake portal.

Responsibilities include validation, posting control, and maintaining audit-ready records. This role sits in a Supply Chain Systems team undergoing transformation toward automated, scalable processes with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel with advanced formulas, data validation, Power Query, handling large data sets.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint; able to troubleshoot and extend existing production solutions.
• Strong accuracy and self-direction on high-volume transactional work; ability to reject non-conforming work including from senior stakeholders.
• Fast learner of ERP processes; SAP material master maintenance capability within the first months.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily master data changes across LD and HD using Winshuttle templates.
• Own the full request lifecycle: intake, validation, execution, confirmation, closure.
• Serve as control checkpoint: verify completeness, accuracy, and applicability before posting.
