Job summary

Marathon Petroleum Company LP seeks a Master Data Business Analyst to steward commercial master data and governance across the enterprise. You will collaborate with Commercial Operations, Accounting, Supply & Distribution, and IT to standardize data and enable reliable decision-making.

This role emphasizes data quality, NPR/NBR processes, and cross-system integrations. You will lead data governance, respond to data requests, and train users while driving continuous improvement in data standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years relevant experience.
• Knowledgeable in RightAngle and ServiceNow.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Respond to ServiceNow requests promptly and accurately.
• Create and maintain master data across systems including Users, Products, and Locations.
• Maintain and audit reference data per governance procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
• Provide input and testing support for new system implementations and process enhancements.
