Job summary

Marathon Petroleum Company LP is seeking a Master Data Business Analyst to steward commercial master data and governance across the enterprise. You will ensure accuracy, integrity and consistency while leading data-driven improvements that boost efficiency and regulatory compliance.

You will partner with Commercial Operations, Accounting, Supply & Distribution, IT and other stakeholders to establish data standards, optimize processes, and deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years relevant experience.
• Knowledge of RightAngle and ServiceNow is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to ServiceNow requests in a timely, efficient manner.
• Create and maintain master data (Users, Products, Locations, Transactions).
• Maintain and audit reference data per data governance standards.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to elicit and document requirements and drive improvements.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs and data quality.
