Job summary

Marathon Petroleum Company LP is seeking a Master Data Business Analyst to steward commercial master data and governance processes across the enterprise. You’ll drive data standards, partner with operations and IT, and lead initiatives to improve data quality and automation.

The role focuses on NPR/NBR data management, cross-system integrations, and ensuring data supports regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Travel up to 10% is possible, located in Findlay, Ohio.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree or 2 years relevant experience.
• Experience with master data governance and data quality initiatives.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data integration across SAP, MDG, and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Respond to ServiceNow requests promptly and accurately.
• Create and maintain master data including users, products, and locations.
• Audit reference data per governance standards and document procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and prioritize business requirements.
