Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1+ year of professional culinary experience.
• 2+ years in a high-volume restaurant environment preferred.
• Previous luxury resort or hospitality experience preferred.
• Willing to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods per standards and recipes.
• Set up station and manage prep sheet.
• Evaluate taste and appearance for quality.
• Process orders accurately in CRM system.
• Maintain food safety and proper holding temperatures.
• Complete closing requirements.
• Delegate tasks as directed by chefs.
