The ideal candidate has 10+ years in broadcast operations, strong people management, and a history of developing staff through practical training and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in fast-paced broadcast operations.
• Experience managing multiple direct reports in a 24/7 environment.
• Deep knowledge of Master Control operations and workflows.
• Familiarity with automation platforms, especially Crispin.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and day-to-day oversight of Centralcast Hub Master Control operations 24/7/365.
• Lead four direct reports and their teams toward unified execution.
• Bridge operations with the Director of Technology for aligned capabilities.
• Lead from the front and mentor staff to grow future leaders.
• Develop SOPs and emergency response plans for readiness.
• Design and deliver hands-on training for Master Control staff.
• Oversee automation platforms and ensure staff proficiency.
• Collaborate with Engineering, IT, Traffic, and Content teams.
• Maintain on-call availability and flexible scheduling for special events.
• Address personnel issues with a focus on growth and cohesion.
