• Oversee Centralcast Hub Master Control operations in a 24/7 environment.
• Lead four direct reports and unify their teams under one standard.
• Collaborate with Engineering, IT, Traffic and Content teams.
• Develop SOPs and incident response plans for rapid recovery.
• Provide hands-on leadership and staff development, training.
