Job summary

24 Seven Talent in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Production Assistant for a 12+ month contract with weekend shifts. This onsite role pays $28.14 per hour and requires ability to ingest content and master control experience to support 24/7 broadcast operations.

The ideal candidate will perform QC on air content, verify program start/end times, and monitor feeds, graphics, and captions, while using Mediator/Media Proxy or similar tools. Strong organizational and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Ingest content and verify media for air.
• Record content and play out or edit using tools such as Mediator or Media Proxy.
• Master control experience is required.
• Playlist manipulation and reading editor logs; 2+ years of experience.
• O365, SharePoint, Outlook usage.

Responsibilities

• QC quick-turn content for air.
• Take appropriate disaster recovery action when necessary.
• Verify that program segments start and end clearly.
• Verify commercials, promos, and graphics as necessary.
• Monitor closed captioning for accuracy.
• Monitor feeds for correct language distribution.
• Familiarity with broadcast automation systems, video servers, and graphics generators.
• All other duties as assigned.
