Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Master Carpenter/Foreman to oversee construction tasks across projects, including demolition, framing, drywall, trim, and window/door installs. Lead a small team, enforce safety, and ensure work meets high quality standards.

Requires 7–10 years experience, HS diploma (apprenticeship preferred), blueprints literacy, OSHA knowledge, and a valid driver’s license. Comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with 4% match, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years in construction or maintenance.
• Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Apprenticeship in carpentry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demolition, framing, drywall, finish trim installation, window/door installation, siding installation and related carpentry tasks.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment; lead team to ensure safety, efficiency and quality.
• Provide direction to ensure projects are completed safely and to high standards.
