Job summary

Dimeo Construction Company in the CT & RI regions is seeking a Senior Superintendent to oversee large-scale construction projects and lead site teams to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.

You will drive integrated planning from preconstruction through turnover, mentoring PMs and superintendents, and coordinating with clients, architects, and engineers to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead field supervision and coordinate in-house professionals to meet project goals.

• Guide systems and processes to keep budget, schedule, and safety on track.
• Drive project communications, risk identification, and commissioning through turnover.
• Mentor and develop PMs and superintendents for team growth.
