Job summary

PREMIER Design + Build Group in Stamford, CT seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead day-to-day on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors, materials, scheduling, inspections, safety, and quality control. Responsibilities

• Sets up project trailer and opens/closes the jobsite daily.
• Organizes trailer files and project plans on a plan rack.
• Participates in weekly subcontractor meetings; prepares agendas and minutes; two-week lookahead schedules.
• Verifies subcontractor insurance certificates and signed contracts five days before work begins.
• Ensures subcontractor complies with scope, safety, and project specs.
• Coordinates inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Schedules subcontractor activities and tracks progress for conflicts and resolutions.
• Maintains daily written jobsite log and submits weekly toolbox meeting outlines.
• Performs daily jobsite inspections; enforces OSHA regs and PPE.
• Represents the company professionally in meetings and field communications.
• Completes weekly safety checklists and reports incidents to Director of Field Operations within 24 hours.
• Takes full ownership of assigned projects and related duties as needed.
