Job summary

Dimeo Construction Company in the CT & RI regions is seeking a Senior Superintendent to oversee large-scale construction projects and lead site teams to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.

You will drive integrated planning from preconstruction through turnover, mentoring PMs and superintendents, and coordinating with clients, architects, and engineers to exceed expectations.

We are currently seeking a Senior Superintendents to join Dimeo Construction Company in our CT & RI regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing large-scale construction projects and leading site teams to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Your Role

1. Leadership & Coordination:
   Lead field supervision and coordination to achieve project goals, engaging and managing in-house professionals for continuous improvement.

2. Business Development & Relationships:
   Support project pursuits, RFP responses, and foster strong client and architect/engineer relationships to drive business success.

3. Operational Excellence:
   Guide,expedite, and administer systems management tomaintainbudget, safety, schedule, and quality, while resolving major project issues and coordinating with all stakeholders.

4. Strategic Project Delivery:
   Drive project communications, meetings, risk identification, and strategic planning; execute systems startup, testing, inspections, commissioning, and training to exceed client expectations.

5. Talent Development:
   Mentor and develop PMs, superintendents, and additional project team members, fostering growth and technical excellence within the team.
