Dimeo Construction Company in Stamford, CT, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support project teams on budget, scheduling, safety, quality, and client service. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and architects to deliver projects with the company's standard of excellence.
This role focuses on coordinating day-to-day operations, tracking costs, maintaining documentation, and helping maintain strong team performance throughout the project
We are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Stamford, CT. The Assistant Project Manager will help keep the project team aligned around key priorities, including budget management, scheduling, quality, safety, diversity goals, document control, subcontractor coordination, and client service.
You will work closely with project managers, superintendents, project engineers, subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and clients to help ensure the project is delivered with the level of excellence, professionalism, and care that Dimeo is known for.
At Dimeo, project success depends on an integrated team approach. The Superintendent leads key field priorities such as schedule, quality, safety, and logistics, while the Project Manager leads financial management, technical resolution, and project administration. The Assistant Project Manager helps connect these efforts by supporting communication, organization, follow-through, and alignment across the team.
You will be expected to bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset; communicate clearly and professionally; and approach each interaction as if you are working directly with a client.
