Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience.

• Experience leading large, ground-up projects and multi-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Master Builder advising teams from pre-sell through closeout on field execution.
• Establish and monitor safety and quality reporting across the BU/Division.
• Coordinate staffing and resources for field roles and participate in project reviews.
