Job summary

Axiom Consultants, Inc, is seeking a Master Black Belt Performance Improvement Specialist to support the Naval Supply Systems Command Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) in Falls Church, Virginia. This role focuses on applying Six Sigma and SPIDR-driven methods to improve Navy readiness and service delivery.

The candidate will develop SPIDR systems, gather requirements, and coordinate IT-aligned performance initiatives, working with Navy personnel and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; healthcare preferred.
Minimum 6 years in performance improvement within gov't or Navy.
Secret clearance or eligible for Secret clearance.
Strong knowledge of SPIDR and BB concepts.
Master Black Belt certification.
Experience delivering Sailor-focused training resources.
Enhance Sailor readiness and career progression.
Support Sailor professional growth.
Knowledge of Navy operational demands.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage and document SPIDR system, data requirements.
Coordinate requirements gathering, project initiation and tracking.
Maintain IT standards; communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Support cross-functional teams and stakeholders in Navy-related programs.
