Job summary

Candidates must have ASE A1-A8 certification, a Missouri Vehicle Inspection License, and at least three years of lube/tire/service experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have ASE A1-A8 certification.
• Missouri-based stores require a Current Motor Vehicle Inspection License.
• Minimum of three years of experience as a lube/tire/service technician.
• Ability to safely operate vehicles and learn new concepts.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair customer vehicles and perform quality control on shop functions.
• Maintain orderly flow of customer service to ensure productivity.
• Extend Big O Extra Care Services to all customers.
• Assist in budgeting service-related quotas and invoicing information.
