Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• ASE Master Technician certification preferred but not required; company supports certification.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose drivability, engine, transmission, electrical, and network issues using advanced tools.
• Perform engine teardown, repair, and replacement; fix major mechanical problems.
• Mentor and train junior technicians; share best practices and drive teamwork.
• Perform quality control inspections and ensure repairs meet specs and safety standards.
• Assist service advisors with technical recommendations and help optimize workflow and customer satisfaction.
