Job summary

Gills Point S Tire is seeking a Master Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues and mentor junior technicians. You will perform advanced mechanical repairs, use diagnostic tools, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced shop environment.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, strong diagnostic abilities, and a commitment to professional growth with ASE certifications supported by the company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Willingness to pursue ASE certifications with company support.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex drivability, engine performance, transmission, electrical, and network concerns using advanced tooling.
• Perform engine teardown, overhaul, and major repairs as needed.
• Mentor and train apprentice and junior technicians to raise shop skills.
• Lead quality, safety, and customer satisfaction in daily operations.
• Coordinate workflow to maximize shop productivity and efficiency.
