Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational automotive training preferred.
• Willingness to pursue ASE certifications with company support.
• 7+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities across vehicle systems.
• Proficiency with modern diagnostic equipment and specialty tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex drivability, engine performance, electrical, and network issues.
• Perform advanced mechanical repairs, including engine and drivetrain work.
• Mentor and train apprentice technicians and share best practices.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
• Assist service advisors with technical recommendations and estimates.
