Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing and repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and realign components while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion in a productive shop environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and completion of technical training or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship required or preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis, replace parts and repaint as needed.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality and KPI targets.
