CRH Americas is seeking an Asphalt Roller Operator for its Preferred Materials – Asphalt Division in Florida. The role involves controlling and operating the asphalt roller to ensure smooth material transfer from the paver, following paving depths and patterns, with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of asphalt/road construction experience, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of paving patterns, materials, and compaction a plus.

Responsabilités

• Operate asphalt roller safely to smooth material from paver to proper depths.
• Perform minor servicing and maintenance on equipment or refer major problems to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety protocols.
• Assist with prep work and follow project specifications.
