Job summary

Four Seasons Jackson Hole is seeking a guest-focused spa therapist to deliver luxurious massage and body treatments at our mountain resort. You will work with a dedicated team to ensure every guest experiences personalized service in an elegant setting.

Qualifications include state or national massage therapy and esthetics credentials, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have a state or national massage therapist certification.
• Esthetics certification is required or preferred.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide luxurious massage and body treatments as offered by the spa (including poolside services in summer).
• Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms and surrounding areas.
• Customize treatments to meet guest needs and preferences.
• Respond to guest interactions in a courteous and professional manner to ensure maximum satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Must be service orientated individuals whose goal is to provide the most luxurious massage and body treatment experiences available.
• Offer all massage, body services and facials offered by the spa, including poolside services in the summer
• Maintaining cleanliness of employee and guest areas
• Stocking and cleanliness of treatment rooms
• Participating in the day to day operations of the spa
• Customization of treatments to meet guests needs
• Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.

Preferred Qualifications

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accommodate guest requests, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• This position is physical by nature and requires candidates to meet all of the essential functions of this position.
• Ability to push, pull or lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours.
• Applicants must have a valid state or national massage therapist and esthetics certification.
• A practical exam is required.
• All applicants must have the proper legal documents to work in the United States.
• Knowledge of a variety of massage modalities, scrubs, and wraps
• Professionalism and a passion for beauty and wellness
