Job summary

Four Seasons Jackson Hole is hiring spa therapists to deliver luxurious massage, body treatments and facials in a high-end resort environment. You will maintain pristine treatment areas, assist with daily spa operations, and adapt to guest needs with a professional, courteous approach.

Ideal candidates hold state or national massage therapist and esthetics certifications, can handle a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and are prepared for a physically demanding role in a luxury

Qualifications

• Must hold valid massage therapist certification and esthetics certification.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for 8 hours.
• Authorized to work in the United States with proper documentation.
• Knowledge of a variety of massage modalities, scrubs, and wraps.
• A practical exam is required during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Provide luxurious massage, body treatments and facials as offered by the spa, including poolside services in season.
• Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms and work area.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and professional conduct at all times.
• Assist in day-to-day spa operations and guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Must be service orientated individuals whose goal is to provide the most luxurious massage and body treatment experiences available.
• Offer all massage, body services and facials offered by the spa, including poolside services in the summer
• Maintaining cleanliness of employee and guest areas
• Stocking and cleanliness of treatment rooms
• Participating in the day to day operations of the spa
• Customization of treatments to meet guests needs
• Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.

Preferred Qualifications

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accommodate guest requests, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• This position is physical by nature and requires candidates to meet all of the essential functions of this position.
• Ability to push, pull or lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours.
• Applicants must have a valid state or national massage therapist and esthetics certification.
• A practical exam is required.
• All applicants must have the proper legal documents to work in the United States.
• Knowledge of a variety of massage modalities, scrubs, and wraps
• Professionalism and a passion for beauty and wellness
