Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking an On Call Massage Therapist who is passionate about creating personalized wellness experiences. Your role will involve delivering customized massage treatments to help guests feel restored and rejuvenated in a tranquil luxury spa.

The ideal candidate will have a current Arizona Massage Therapy license, a minimum of two years of experience in a luxury setting, and proficiency in various massage modalities.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona Massage Therapy license and CPR certification required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a luxury spa or resort environment.
• Proficient in a variety of massage modalities: Swedish, Therapeutic, Maternity, Reflexology, and Hot Stone.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide customized massage treatments, recommend wellness offerings, and deliver exceptional service in a tranquil luxury spa environment. What You Will Do

• Deliver personalized massage treatments tailored to each guest's individual needs, preferences, and wellness goals.
• Create a warm, welcoming, and professional environment that promotes relaxation and enhances the overall spa experience.
• Educate guests on treatment benefits and recommend additional spa services and wellness offerings when appropriate.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies in accordance with the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
• Collaborate with spa team members to ensure seamless operations while consistently delivering exceptional guest service.

What You Bring

• Current Arizona Massage Therapy license and CPR certification.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a luxury spa, resort, or hospitality environment.
• Proficiency in a variety of massage modalities, including Swedish, Therapeutic, Maternity, Reflexology, and Hot Stone preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques, with a commitment to continued learning and professional development.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and a genuine passion for wellness and guest care.
• Valid authorization to work in the United States.
